Cancellation and Refund

Our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current subscription term.

Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations are non-refundable. If the Company suspends or terminates your Account or these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for unused subscription time, any license or subscription fees, or any content, data, or other items associated with your User Account.
